  Do not rent from this company! They do not care if a disabled veteran or kids are put in danger. They treat tenants extremely poorly. Home will not be cleaned upon move-in and in poor condition. When you need maintenance done, they give attitude about it and either take forever to make repairs or not make repairs at all. Most repair jobs are ghetto rigged. Although, the maintenance men are nice guys. Also, there is NO EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE NUMBER! Worst place I have ever rented.

  This place is the worst management company I have ever came across. They are very poor with repairs . The maintenance person needs to be fired. They people that runs this place have the worst attitude. Someone needs to report this place.

  This is the worst property management company. I currently own a home and lease it through Perimeter Properties, and they have done a terrible job with managing it. The owner and staff do not communicate well, as they do not always return phone calls and email messages. My owner's statements do not come regularly, and are often late or missing. My owner's draw of rent is not ever deposited in a timely manner. I still do not have December's rent payment, and it is now January 8. I have asked twice for an update on this and have not heard back. DO NOT LEASE FROM OR USE PERIMETER PROPERTIES FOR MANAGING YOUR PROPERTY. If I could give them negative stars, I would.

  This is the worst place to rent from I'm Statesboro they do not care about there tenants and the properties they rent out had flooding problems for almost a year and they had multiple contractors out to try to fix it but once they leave they never come back. They also do not have an after hours emergency number so if your a/c goes out during the weekend do not try and call them they will not have anyone out that weekend even in the middle of summer when it reaches over 100 degrees. The owner is rude and really does not care about what tenantes when something is really wrong and tells you not to reup on your lease. If I could give them negative stars I would have.
